Image Links won't upload to website

I work with internet retailers to build new product listings on their sites. Some require all images to be provided via url links. The links that I provide from my Box server do not work for them for some reason. Links that I generate from dropbox work just fine as long as I change the last character from "0" to "1" but I pay a lot of $$ for Box and it would be much easier if I could just provide the links from Box. They can't tell me exactly why the links don't work but there has to be something I can do. Please help.
