Upload failed error - Quota exceeded but I deleted all the ones i had in my folder and now have all 10 GB for a 361,077 KB file

  You might want to check if you're uploading in one of your owned or shared folders. If it's the latter, please note that each folder's ability to store files varies according to its owner's storage allocation. 

  If that's the case, please contact the owner.
