How can I request access to a folder/file that I don't know the owner

I can not find the box owner and I can not find box support contact either. How can I request access?

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

  Note that content sharing is initiated by the file or folder owner. I’m afraid Box team won’t be able to grant access to a certain file or folder.
