I can't access a folder that I have the URL of , and I have no idea what the problem is, can box support please help?

Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for.

 

^^ this is the message I am getting when I follow the link to the folder that has been shared with me, the matter is urgent as I need immediate access to those files, please help! I can't seem to access any other form of support.
