    I am having the same issues.  After I save files on computer 1, I can see they are uploaded to box.com when i view online, but they are not downloading to computer 2.  Created and saved files on computer 2 and files do not sync with computer 1.  All files created on computer 1 and 2 are syncing to the web.  This issues started for me on 9/5/2024 - I uninstalled and reinstalled box sync on both computers with no resolve.

    I have multiple users in my org running into this issue at the moment. Logging out of box drive and logging back in fixes it, and so does using box drives refresh folder function. This can happen occasionally and won’t happen again for a while however, I think there is a wider issue going on as I have had a large amount of users run into this at the same time. I am unsure if more are running into this and are unaware.
