Cancel Current Enterprise to Join CED Enterprise
回答済みI created an enterprise account by myself with my local team earlier this year. Recently, I cancelled that enterprise account because I am trying to add myself and my team onto the CED Enterprise account. Box is not allowing CED to add us because the system still says our emails belong to another enterprise. Please advise how to resolve this.

You can't join an Enterprise account with your current account type. Please contact our Cancellation team (cancel@box.com) and downgrade it to free personal account.
