Create password not working

Hi, a client has added me to their Box folder. I am unable to sign the relevant access documents to see the folder. It asks for current password & new password. I have not created a password, and when I try in account settings it doesn't work.

 

Can someone please support?

  I was able to solve the issue by resetting my password using this link
