Request to Change Admin Account for Company Box Account

We need assistance with switching the admin account for our company Box account. Currently, the main admin is a former employee who left the company without transferring the admin role. As a result, we are unable to manage the account properly or track bills.
Please provide contact information for the appropriate person or team to help us change the admin account. Thank you!

Thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately, no one can help with it in our company. I was told we only have two admins: One is no longer working with us, and one's account is with issue. Could you please let us know how we can transfer this admin role? Do our C-suite needs to write an email to request or how will it work? We have many clients request folder updates that we don't have access to.
