Which users can permanently delete files from the trash?

My organization both stores organizational files, and shares them with our board of directors through free personal box accounts.  I am the owner of the top-level folder which contains multiple subfolders.  All board members have been added as collaborators on the top-level folder as "editors." 

As an editor, are they able to permanently delete files and folders from the trash?  It sounds like they can delete files/folders, but it's not clear if they can "permanently delete" them from the trash.

If editors do have that ability, is there any way that I would be able to restore permanently deleted files as the owner?

    Thanks for your post!

    Owners or file deleters can permanently delete files that are in their Trash.

    If one of your collaborators deleted a content and is no longer in your Box Trash, please contact Box Product Support and let us know what you are trying to recover. There is a 14-day grace period when content is removed from Trash during which Box Product Support can recover your content. After this, we cannot guarantee that the files or folders will be recoverable.

    I need help with deleted files, but it will not allow me to contact Box Product Support and my team here hasn't submitted a request, I am losing time on the 14 days each day.

    I am the Owners and file deleters of my files but i am not able to permanently delete files from my Box trash. How can i permanently delete my personal files from my trash?
