Questions about Salesforce Box Integration Collaboration & FRUP
Greetings-
I have Box integrated with our Salesforce instance and I was wondering if anyone knows where the Collaboration ID on a frup record comes from. I assume that a FRUP record is created when collaboration occurs, is the Collaboration ID the ID of a user or a collaboration record in Box?
I need to undo external collaboration for several hundred folders and am looking for a quick way to complete that task. If I delete the FRUP in Salesforce for records with a collaboration ID, does that un-collaborate?
Does Box have an admin tool similar to the Salesforce Data Loader?
I also have an issue on our visualforce pages - within salesforce we can't see external collaborators on folders, we have to log into Box to see all collaborators (only internal licensed users are visible in Salesforce). This is potentially really bad with waterfall permissions because people could create subfolders with inadvertent sharing if they are working within Salesforce. Does anyone else have this issue with external collaborator visibility? Our collaboration is created by Apex not by a button click (which I think is the cause).
Also curious as to what FRUP stands for (Folder Record Uxx Pxx?)
Thanks for any insight you might have, I appreciate it

Hi Aaron,
Welcome to the Box Community!
FRUP actually stands for Folder Read Update Permissions,
The Box Folder/Salesforce Record relationship is maintained in FRUPs. A single FRUP record includes a Box folder ID and its associated record ID in Salesforce. It also keeps track of individual users (Box and Salesforce), and their access to the folder/record relationship.
