    Have you tried to use an alternate browser and clear your browser's cache and cookies? Meanwhile, another information that might help. We've received report that there's a current Microsoft Issue accessing Office Online.

    I have multiple shared excel files in my box account. One of those suddenly started giving issue & now it says cannot be opened.. Can you please help uponn as it has all my data which is very important...

     Hi, Is it possible to give me the files in my login from the Backup of Ur servers,  till the last working day ,( Y'day it was working 22-03-22)  The File name is  World Tracking 2022.xlsx ). Is it possible to send me a backup copy of the file mentioned into My Ac or as an attachment in my registered email.
