    We have a few initial troubleshoot tips that may help:

    • Can you try to clear cache and cookies for your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
    • Try logging in to your Box Account using different browsers and see if it makes any difference when scrolling through your files
    • Try logging in to your Box account with add-ons or extensions disabled on your browser/s

    If things still don't function as expected, please go ahead and submit a ticker to your Product Support team on this page and provide as much information as your can on this issue so they can further investigate.
