Missing shared folder

Hi all,

A shared folder recently went missing for all of us, and it isn't in our Trash folders. How can we recover it? 

It was in my "All Folders" top level. I had been accessing via a bookmark. Now the bookmark gives an error ("Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for."), navigating to "All Folders" level doesn't show it either, and a search for files I know were in the folder comes up with nothing.

  When you look at the bookmark link, you will see [yourdomain].box.com/folder/[string of numbers]?s=[random string of characters]

  Have you tried just copying the link from https://[yourdomain].box.com/folder/[string of numbers] and ignore everything else and try to go to that URL?
