Cancelling my Trial Account

I am trying to cancel my account before being charged and their option to cancel isn't anywhere. Can someone please help me? It's obviously hidden on purpose as an answer isn't even available here. I'm not impressed

Canceling a Business or Enterprise Account
Only the account administrator can cancel a Business or Enterprise account.
- Go to Admin Console > Account & Billing.
- In the Status field in the Account Information section, click Cancel Account.
Do not see this option? Submit a ticket here. - A pop-up window will ask you to confirm your action. After affirming, click Continue.
- Click Permanently Cancel My Account to complete the process.

- The account will cancel at the end of the service term.
The account owner or administrator will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed.
