Personal use, free membership,using Box storage

I want to change my email address, but I can't find the change email address field in my account information tab(the email address in use is displayed, but I can't edit it).

  Hi there,

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

  You can change your primary email address by following the steps below. 

  To add an email address:

  1. Log in to box.com and navigate to Account Settings> Add a Collaborator or Link Personal Email
  2. Click Link Personal Email twice. 
  3. Enter a valid email address.
  4. Click Save.

  An email verification will be sent to the address you entered. Click the verification link in the email to confirm and add the alternate email to you account.

  To make a secondary email address your primary email address:

  • Click Make Primary next to the email address you want as your primary email address.
