Why does Box require user to download Box tools each day
User is using cloud box not Box sync and is being asked to download Box tools each time they initiate a document download or edit (regardless of file type) at the beginning of each day's Box session. Any ideas to prevent this?

Would you know if the user has reboot restore application? You know those application that sets to restore back the device to the saved configuration? This might be causing it as this is definitely not the expected behavior.
If you wish to further investigate, I recommend to have the affected user submit a support ticket here and our support rep will help investigate directly with them.
