BoxDrive default folder does not work when multiple users connect remotely
Multiple Box users can remotely access one PC by referring to the following URL
A folder common to all users was created for the purpose of

2. use a registry editor to create a new string value (REG_SZ) named CustomBoxLocation under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Box\Box
Set the CustomBoxLocation value to the path of the folder you created in step 1.
- For example, to display the Box Drive folder under C:\Cloud, set the following
Name Type Value
CustomBoxLocation (REG_SZ) C:\Cloud
Common folders are C:\Cloud
However, the above settings are not reflected by some users.
A user named A who works well is
When I log in from BoxDrive, the files on Box are synchronized under the Cloud folder.
When other users log in to BoxDrive
Box files are synchronized under the personal user directory.
(i.e., the URL is listed as →C:\Users\GWashington\Box (Windows)
How can I get all users to sync to C:\Cloud when they log in?
