Restore version history on free account

I am wondering if someone from Box support can restore a file for me. It was accidently overwritten, and I am on a free account, so I cannot restore previous versions. The previous version has important info and was not saved elsewhere. Please advise.

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  I'm sorry to hear that you lost access to the previous version.

  Since you are under a free account, Unfortunately, this feature is not available. Though it still shows number of versions only 10 versions can be retrieved when you upgrade to Personal Pro. You may refer to this article:

  If I upgrade to Pro, can I find my previous version, or will the Pro not be able to go back in time and retrieve it?
