    Welcome to Box Community!

    You may cancel your Box account by following the steps below: 

    1. Sign into your Box.com account

    2. Visit https://app.box.com/master/settings/accountBilling

    3. Under Billing Information, click 'Cancel Account'

    4. Complete survey and click 'Cancel My Account'

    5. Confirm cancellation and click 'Permanently Cancel My Account'

    • Please note the account will cancel at the end of the service term

    If you need help please contact us through cancel@box.com.

    please cancel my account, this was a month trial for this service i have been invoiced for a service i do not require. please cancel my account immediately and refund my personal money.
