Can not get the Box app to work in Teams
Hi Team
i have tried to add the Box App to my TEams Channel for other users to access information stored in Box, however, I seem to get stuck and when I try to add it I get the following error :
The Box app is still performing a one-time setup for the files tab, please wait a moment or two and try again!
I have tried to remove the app from teams and reselect it but still no luck. Help , the folder i need to share with the team has over 275 folders and tons of information is needed to be shared

I checked your profile and it seems you are using a Personal Free Box. Please be advised that the Box for Microsoft Teams Integration is only available to Enterprise account type.
If you have are part of an Enterprise account separate from this Personal Box, please reach out to your Box Admin and confirm that they have followed the complete steps to enable the integration as stated in this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044681354-Deploying-Box-for-Teams-in-your-Enterprise, If they've confirmed completing these steps, please have your Box Admin submit a support ticket to Box from their Admin account and we will take a look.
