Inaccurate Storage
I have 50GB of storage available in my Box and under 5GB of files stored. Why does it show the I have used 49 of 50GB of storage, and I'm not able to upload new files? I did not have this problem before.

I ran a script to fix the file size count in your used storage and should be seeing the right file size count.You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).You can also check this article from our Box Support page about "Storage".Box Support is able to run a script for specific end-users’ accounts to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and file counts. Please note that while the issue may be fixed, we are unable to guarantee that the account will not be affected by the issue again - particularly for users with massive amounts of content.Best, -

I'm having the same problem. Can you run the script on my account? But I do have massive amounts of files so I guess what you are saying is it will probably happen again. Is there some file limit I should keep to avoid this problem? If I delete old files no longer needed will that help the issue? Thanks.
