Error message "File does not exist"
Colleagues whom I've sent the link to a folder are reporting that they are getting the error message "Folder does not exist." Sending a second link has worked for some of them. I am wondering if there is a way I can avoid this happening in the future.
The method I am using to get the link on my clipboard is clicking on the link icon to the right of the folder.
