Reclaim space and set version count to 1
My local sync folder size is ~50G while box.com says that my account is full. I came across article states that versions contribute to file size. So, to make a clean sync, I have deleted everything from box, however space is not reclaimed. I want
- support team to run script to reclaim space on my account.Came across this article https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695334-Storage-Usage-Or-File-Count-In-My-Account-Is-Incorrect that states that box support needs to run script to reclaim space.
- set the version size to 1 - disable this feature. I don't use it at all. I didn't find a way to do that from my account.

I ran a script to fix the file size count in your used storage and should be seeing the right file size count.You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).You can also check this article from our Box Support page about "Storage".Box Support is able to run a script for specific end-users’ accounts to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and file counts. Please note that while the issue may be fixed, we are unable to guarantee that the account will not be affected by the issue again - particularly for users with massive amounts of content.Best,
