Space reported incorrectly
my space is 106GB it shows 104 of 106 GB is used but I already deleted all my files. So I could not upload my files due to limited remaining space. There are about 104GB reported incorrectly being used but there are no files. I tried to empty the trash folder but the space is not updated, still 104GB out of 106GB used for NO files. Please help to check. Thanks. I already allow temporary admin access to my files for this check purpose.

I ran a script to fix the file size count in your used storage and should be seeing the right file size count.
You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).
You can also check this article from our Box Support page about "Storage".
Box Support is able to run a script for specific end-users’ accounts to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and file counts. Please note that while the issue may be fixed, we are unable to guarantee that the account will not be affected by the issue again - particularly for users with massive amounts of content.

Thank you. It worked but today after I tidied up the folders and the issues happened again and it said I have 133GB out of 106 GB. This is weird. I actually have only about 70GB of data in my account only.
It seems to me that whenever folders are copied or moved to other locations, the issues will happen.
Please assist to run the script again to fix this for me. I will not try to move folders around anymore. Thank you.
