Client cant access dataroom
Hello,
A client of mine is not able to access the shared folder and is getting a message to sign up for a paid account before she can view the files... what is going on here?

How did you shared the folder to your client? Did you use shared links or invited your client as collaborator?
- If the folder/file has been shared through Shared Links. Make sure to modify its access type to People with the link. This setting would allow your client to preview the content without the need to setup an account and login to Box.
- Meanwhile, collaboration invite requires Box login for your invitee and to setup an account for free please head on to this link.
