The Box Content Cloud is committed to securely unifying content across any workflow. Providing interoperability between Google Workspace and Box delivers the thousands of joint customers who use Box and Google Workspace a friction-less experience, connecting your content where and when you need it most.
That’s why we are excited to announce new upcoming enhancements to our Box for Google Workspace integration, specifically the Box for Google Workspace add-on. Coming soon, our native integration will allow joint customers to add Box shared file links to their Google Calendar meetings directly, with just a few clicks and without leaving Google Calendar. Allowing you to share and provision content without having to hunt for links in other tabs. In addition, you will also be able to create a new Box meeting note that will be linked directly to your invite with all changes saved automatically back to Box.
This feature will be available to all users using the Box for Google Workspace add-on. No additional admin setup is required, however the add-on will prompt users to authorize the new scopes before being able to use the new feature.
The Box Content Cloud is continuously aiming to deliver a seamless experience within the day-to-day workflows of our customers. More information on how Box for Google Workspace can connect your content to the cloud can be found here.
