As of July 19, 2023, users are unable to connect to Box when using Internet
Explorer 11.
We put our customers and their content first and are committed to delivering a secure
content platform. We made the decision to EOL IE11 following the announcement that
Microsoft would end support for Internet Explorer as of June 15, 2022. Box previously
alerted customers of this change in November 2021, and will prevent IE11 users from
accessing Box to minimize their security risk.
We highly recommend that you migrate your users to one of the browsers listed on this
page for a fully supported Box web app experience.
