Box released an update to various email templates, including:

File upload (sent when any new file uploads / file moves / file edits)

File delete (sent when a user deletes an item or when a user moves an item out of a folder to somewhere a user no longer has access to)

File comment (sent when a user comments on a file)

File comment with mention (sent when a user comments on a file)

Invitation to collaboration (sent to a user that is invited to collaborate on a folder / file)

Invitation to collaboration acceptance (sent to folder / file owner when invited user accepts / rejects invitation to collaboration on the folder / file)

Invitation alert (sent to an owner of folder / file when another user is invited to collaborate on that folder / file)

New device login alert (sent when user logs in from new device / application)
- Retention Policy expiration notification (Weekly email notifying specific users of folders that contain files with retention policies set to expire within 14 days)
- E-mail upload success / failure (sent when user uploads files to a folder through E-mail Upload functionality)
We updated the look of these emails to make them easier to read and more exciting for our users. There is no change to the content of the emails; all the same information is still there.
Customers who use email scanning or scripting software may wish to adjust their scripts to reflect the new look and feel of the emails.
