We’re excited to announce Platform Insights, which will help admins better understand how their enterprise is using custom applications. Platform Insights is an easily accessible dashboard within the new Admin Insights experience that will provide admins with visualizations on API call volume, chargeability, monthly active users, applications pending approval, top 5 custom applications, and more. With these insights at their fingertips, admins can more proactively identify key data, trends, and anomalies within their enterprise’s custom app usage.
The dashboard data is updated daily, ensuring admins always have the most up-to-date information.
Within Platform Insights, admins can make the following actions:

Apply filters to charts to select a specific date range or filter by a specific category.

Expand the data for the underlying chart.

Download a Platform Activity Report based on the applied filters on a chart.

Navigate to the Custom Apps Manager page.
This feature is currently being rolled out to all customers on Box Business Plans and above.
