You can view files or folders in any account within your organization from the Content Manager.

- Go to Admin Console > Content.
- Select the Content Manager tab.
- Use the folder tree to navigate to the user and the folder that contains the file you want to view.
You can also search for a specific managed user by entering the user’s name in the filter bar (potential users will appear as part of an auto-complete list)
All the files and folders the selected user can access will appear on the right. You can preview files, modify file and folder information, download files, and/or share files and folders. Expand the drop-down menu under More to access these actions.
Note
- Admins can only download files via the Content Manager if the owner of the content is Active.
- For security purposes, if a managed user is collaborating on content owned by an external user, an admin cannot use Instant Login or Content Manager to access this content.
