Custodian search inside a legal hold

In large organizations, a legal hold can have hundreds of custodians, and it becomes difficult for an admin to answer “Has this user been placed on hold?”. Box Governance will soon enable admins to answer more easily and quickly whether or not a custodian - or custodians - is on a legal hold. If a custodian in not on the selected legal hold yet, admin can add the user as part of the search workflow. Up to 1,000 custodians can be searched at a time.
