Large File Operation Warnings in Admin Console

We are extending Large File Operation (LFO) warnings to the Admin Console, when Admins take the action to delete a user and transfer ownership of content. Since users can be locked out of content during a transfer, if the transfer is large enough to take a significant period of time, a warning will be shown to the Admin to make them aware before committing to the action. This allows the Admin to notify necessary parties or consider the time of the transfer before committing to the action.
