We have introduced the ability for users to run queries on single or multiple documents at one time within a view in Box Apps using Box AI. Previously, the only way to run Box AI queries on documents within a view in Box Apps is to select the document, open it in Box Preview, and run the query in Box Preview. Additionally, when viewing certain documents within the 'All Files' experience in Box, users could ask Box AI to summarize document content, search for key information, provide valuable insights, and much more. We have brought this same functionality to views within Box Apps, enabling customers to address common use cases that involve filtering down searches to small sets of very important files and leveraging Box AI to provide key insights and information on those small sets of documents.
