Accessible directly from your Box account, this feature groups advanced Box AI, Workflows, Apps, and Sign setups tailored to specific business tasks. The catalog includes capabilities for:
- Digital Asset Management (DAM)
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Invoicing

For the next couple of quarters, while solutions are not directly downloadable, they’re referenceable patterns designed to help our customers adopt faster, incorporate bests practices, and focus on outcomes. This initial phase is about making solutions visible and helping customers understand the different ways in which Box’s key capabilities can be configured to solve real business problems, with deeper capabilities and easier deployments coming over time.
You are able to view these offerings by selecting Solutions in the left panel of your Box window. This feature is automatically available to all users - no admin level setup is required.
