Availability
Box Automate is available for Business plans and above, with specific functionality depending on plan level. Some key considerations are:
- Only Enterprise Advanced customers gain access to the full suite of agentic workflow automation capabilities, including AI agents, Box Extract integration, Box Forms integration, Box Doc Gen integration, Box Apps integration, and Hubs support.
- Any agent run within an Automate workflow consumes Box AI Units.
