As AI adoption accelerates across organizations, enterprise admins need to understand how it's being used, by whom, and what it costs. To help address this need, Box is launching the AI Units Admin Report, a new capability in the Admin Console that gives Box admins a comprehensive, actionable view of AI consumption across their organization.
The AI Units Admin Report provides the answers admins require for managing AI at an enterprise scale, including where usage is happening across the organization and where high levels of consumption might reside. With this report, admins can move from guesswork to clarity, identifying high-usage users, understanding consumption patterns, and making informed decisions about AI deployment and budgeting.
Later in June we will be adding the ability to view previous months' consumption data and more granular controls for viewing AI usage. We are also targeting late July to release a full AI Insights dashboard within the Admin Console.
