Box AI is quickly becoming part of how people get work done every day, and for your most active users, the standard daily quota can sometimes arrive before the workday ends. With our new Usage page, admins can increase daily quotas for individual users or across their entire enterprise, and set overage limits to keep AI spend under control so the people who rely on Box AI most can keep going without interruption.
From the new Usage tab in Box AI settings in the Admin Console, admins can set an organization-wide daily allocation for all users or add allocations for specific users. Once a user reaches their Box-provided daily quota, these increases allow them to continue using the Box Agent and non-expanded custom agents. Daily quota increases are assigned and charged in AI Units, drawing from your organization's AI Unit pool, and unused daily allocations do not roll over. Admins can also enable overage and set a monthly AI Unit overage limit, so users can keep working after your monthly entitlement runs out without unexpected costs.
This new dashboard will be available to all organizations with AI enabled, and can be accessed through the Admin Console. To learn more about the Usage page, look here.
