storage full
Hello. It seems this is an on-going issue. I already deleted almost all my files, but still it says "10gb" reached.
Please help check my account.
I have already read this article from 2 yrs ago
And I see many others are still dealing with this issue. I hope I can receive some assistance please. Thank you so much.

The issue you encounter seems related to what is described in this article:
I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.
