Account is not linking to my company's enterprise account
Hello,
My account should be linked to Delta Partners / FTI Consulting corporate account but it is not. Please help.

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
I checked your profile and I see that your email is linked to a Personal Free Box account. If you need to migrate this account into an Enterprise or Business Box, the Box Admin (or a Co-admin with permission to manage users) need to manually add you in the Admin Console > Users and Group > Managed users list and this will prompt an invitation for you to join their Box organization as a managed user.
Once the Admin has sent the invitation, you have to login to your Box in Box.com and accept the invite, once you've accepted, your account will be rolled in to their Box instance.
