I'm a new user and need to export a list of all the files and folders to which I have access. Can someone please help me.

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
The feature you asked about is currently not available to Individual Free users. The information you need can be exported using Folder&Files report, and Running report is only accessible to Admins of Business and Enterprise plans.
