I need to migrate the account
AnsweredHi I've created BOX account with company email when accessing our external partner's BOX. Now I cannot log in our own enterprise account.
I am getting error message saying that invalid login credential.
Our internal document says that I need to contact box support directly to migrate the account to the enterprise team. Can you please help me out? I need to access to BOX ASAP.

If you need to migrate your Personal Box account into a your company's Enterprise Box instance, this can be done following the steps in this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044195233--Invite-Existing-Box-User-Message-When-Adding-User
You would need to reach out to your Enterprise Admin (or a Co-admin with permission to manage users) to manually add you in the Admin Console > Users and Group > Managed users list which will prompt an invitation for you to join their Box Enterprise account as a managed user.
Once the Admin sent the invitation, you have to login to your Personal Box (in Box.com not through your company's SSO) and accept the invite, once you've accepted, your account will be rolled in to their Box instance.
