Box Sync - files could not be synced, how do I find those files?
AnsweredNotification that 7 files could not be synced, how do I find out which files cannot be synced?
Tried the restart as per the support article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196193-Box-Sync-Problem-Notification-File-Could-Not-Be-Synced
I can't submit a support request as per the above page, so posting here in the hope that someone can help.

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
Please check if there are any errors syncing on your local machine.Here is how you can check:
- PC: click on the blue Box Sync icon in your Windows System Tray
- Mac: click on the 'b' icon in your top menu bar
You should see 'files synced' at the top if all of the content marked for sync on Box.com is successfully synced.
If you see 'error syncing # files' please click on that and it will generate a pop up listing the ignored files and the specific error message. This article also walks through each error message and potential troubleshooting steps.
You can hover your cursor on the items that shows in the problem notification pop up window and that should allow you to see the path where the problem file is located.
