How to sync unsyncedFiles with BOX Drive
AnsweredHello, I have been trying to upload large data files to BOX through BOX Drive. But after many trials, the data files were not uploaded. However, I am able to see those files locally. Finally, I found that the data files remain in my local PC in C:/Users/myusername/AppData/Local/Box/Box/unsyncedFiles.
Is there any way to sync those unsyncedFiles?

Hi Minoru,
Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
If you are using Box Drive and noticed that some updates don't reflect in Box Drive folder, you can use the Refresh Folders On-demand feature to sync those:
We released Box Drive (v2.25.306) with the following feature enhancement:
-
Refresh Folders On-demand: User can right-click on a folder in Box Drive and choose "Refresh folder" to get the latest updates made to this folder from Box on demand if they notice that some updates don't already reflect in Finder/Explorer.
If you've already done this, and the folders/ files still do not reflect and files continue to exist in C:\users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Box\Box\unsyncedFiles, you may copy them to any location outside of C:\users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Box\Box\ (such as your desktop) and then reuploaded them to folders in your Box.
Could you try this and let us know if this help update your folders?
Best Regards,
