Submitted a ticket, but haven't gotten any further responses: Box freezing when uploading – Box Support
This is happening to my iPhone and iPad as well as multiple co-workers.
Whenever we upload pictures to box it'll work for a bit and then freeze and the only way to get it to work again is to reset network settings. It only works for a little bit before freezing again. Obviously resetting the network settings every upload isn't ideal.
I've been seeing multiple upload issues on Box's status page that state that they have been resolved, but it doesn't seem like the issue is resolved: Box Status
Things we've tried:
1. Re-installing the app
2. Restarting the app
3. Different WIFIs and cellular data
iOS Version: 16.3
No error message
