Please run script to fix storage measurement

Dear Box Support,

Hello.  Can you please run the script on my account that gets an updated measurement of the storage being used?  It's counting previously-deleted files (that have been deleted from the trash also) against my limit.  Thank you!

  Please do so for me too.

  The article here: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695334-Storage-Usage-Or-File-Count-In-My-Account-Is-Incorrect informs users they should contact Box Support, bu there appears to be no means of doing so. All links for submitting a ticket are apparently broken. This doesn't give confidence in the product!
