Not receiving email notifications when files are previewed

I have not been receiving email notifications that my files are being previewed online since last week, and I happen to know that they are. This is really important that I get these notifications. I have ensured the noreply@box.com address is in my safe list.

Can you please advise on this as was working fine before this.

    May I know if have the file/folder shared in order for the collaborator to preview and receive notifications?

    I'm not seeing any shared folders in the account.

    Hi AJ,

    I have not changed any settings to what I was doing previously when it worked perfectly. 

    I am not sharing these files with "collaborators", I am just letting anyone I send the file to, to preview it. They are not collaborating or editing the file, so I am a bit confused by what you mean by sharing? I am just letting them view only. As said I never changed any settings to what i was doing previously when it worked. 

    Please advise

    Also just confirming I checked my shared settings and all folders are being shared, so can you advise if there is an issue.

    Hi there,

    I'm still not receiving email notifications when a file has been previewed. I have tried everything, changing email, resetting the notification status to default or overriding and still nothing. That was pretty much the reason I am using box, if there is no solution, I will have to find another alternative. If you can please advise as this was working perfectly till a week or so.
