Helping a friend who cannot login
After entering username and password at the box.com/login page, the following error message is displayed:
Page error: the page you were viewing has expired. Please go back and try your request again
He has tried logging in on two different computers and the same message is returned for both of them.
OS is Windows 7. It happens on Firefox as well as Chrome.

Can you ask your friend to try the following initial troubleshooting tips and see if this helps resolve the issue for him?
- Try clearing your browser's cache
- Disable Add-ins/ extensions on your browser
