Cannot change the default email
Hello,
I am the new Executive Director for an organization and it appears I have to upgrade to add my email as a collaborator and then delete the old Executive Director's email? Not sure why I need to upgrade to change an email that will soon no longer be accessible. Please help.

Welcome to the Box Community!
If you need to change the primary email address linked your Box account, you will need to add a secondary email and then make it your primary email. Once you primary email has been changed, you can then remove the old email.
