Tab "external users" not opening
when I try to open the "external user" tab in "user and group settings" it does not open. Only an empty window is opening and pretending to "search" but no result is shown. All other tabs in the "external user" section are working fine.

To make sure that every angle is checked, can you do the following troubleshooting tips so we can isolate if this is a browser issue?
- Can you try to clear cache and cookies for your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
- Try logging in to your Box Account using different browsers and see if it makes any difference when accessing the External user tab.
- Try logging in to Box.com with add-ons or extensions disabled on your browser/s
