Goodmorning everyone,

with box drive it is possible to see the data of the last modification, date, type and size etc ... in quick access on windows explorer?

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    To confirm, have these files been opened or cached previously?

    Can you try to Mark the folder where these files for offline use and see if that will allow you to see the modified date and those other details?

    yes I also tried to mark the folder for offline and close and reopen the files, but the columns of the dictators continue to be empty.

    Can you tell me if there is any other test I can do?

    I just want to make sure that I understand the issue, you can see this information (last modification, date, type and size etc) when you navigate to the Box Drive folder, however they don't seem to show when you navigate using quick access, it this correct?

    I have now learned from your mail support that it is not possible to view the details in the "quick access" tab.

    it is a limitation of Box Drive on windows and maybe it will be added in the next updates.
